Opportunities to taste the most innovative food products and one-of-a-kind cocktails featuring leading-edge companies who joined GlobalSF's Nordic Food Innovation Tour
GlobalSF hsoted a night of discussion and networking in partnership with Alaska Airlines, to share learnings and innovations from their recent Nordic Food Innovation Tour.
Having just returned from the tour, chefs and brands shared the many learnings and innovations they interacted with while on their trip, bridging the two communities via innovation and emerging tech that is taking place in both regions.
Starting with a panel followed by networking and tasting from the Bay area, we were able to engage firsthand with the brands and chefs who are using these innovations and technology to tackle regenerative systems and creating a more sustainable commerce and environment all through quality product and output.
Participating brands showcased their product innovation through delicious canapes, demos, and beverage tastings.
