The ongoing trade war between the United States and China, coupled with the disruptions caused by the pandemic, have contributed to serious supply chain issues and inflation across the American economy. These issues have particularly affected California, and have disproportionately affected low income communities and communities of color. Taken together, these domestic and offshore issues have raised awareness of the need for a more regenerative and circular economy - an economy at once more resilient and more equitable. Join us on a discussion about impact investing - what it is, how it works, and how to effectively operate in this new economic environment.
