Phaedra Randolph is the founder and CEO of Spero Foods, a plant-based dairy tech company on a mission to outcompete dairy on price. Spero capitalizes on vertically integrated manufacturing and seeds as their primary ingredient, with patent applications internationally.
Today, Spero produces and sells Sunflower Cheeses and is soon releasing a liquid plant-based egg alternative. Spero’s focus is on clean and simple ingredients, health, and taste, all to be delivered at a price anyone can afford. Spero sells its cheese nationally in the United States in retail with imminent expansions into restaurant and university sectors.
Spero was recently named one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies. Before Spero, Phäedra worked at Facebook, Goldman Sachs, and graduated from Cornell University. She was Forbes Under 30 and is now on its Board.
